Customer Promise:
There are a lot of dishonest sites out there that accept money without sending items. Anchored Adornments is not one of them. We are a 100% honest company and strive to provide each and every customer with excellent customer service. We make sure to ship orders either same day or the next day at the latest (with exception to days that Post Office is closed).
Return Policy:
For sanitary purposes, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged. Damaged items are eligible for a return only if the item in unopened and the packaging has no signs of tampering. We make sure to inspect every item before it ships to ensure that this never happens.
